Moorpork is the largest pork growing facility in New Zealand supplying the domestic market. It comprises two sheds totally 15,000 sqm in area with each shed fully insulated to create a completely climate controlled environment. The development was designed to meet the very latest international animal welfare standards and includes the most advanced ventilation and feeding systems available. The project was successfully designed and constructed by Novasteel including the installation of a subfloor drainage leak detection system and onsite precast panel production.
