Patch Rubber Tyre & Tube has been supplying the New Zealand Tyre Industry for more than 30 years. With facilities across New Zealand, the new warehouse and office in Henderson, was required to consolidate their Auckland operations into one modern building with the necessary features that allow it to operate efficiently, safely and comfortably. Every aspect of their existing operation was considered when designing the new building, hence the final product not only meets their needs, but provides for future growth and expansion.
The new facility consists of:
- 1400sqm warehouse with a mezzanine, large roller shutter door and canopy
- 300sqm of trade service area/office
- Bathroom and kitchen facilities
- Fully sealed concrete yard and landscaping
- Stormwater reuse and detention system
