Warehouse and office

The construction of this industrial warehouse and office in Henderson posed a few challenges for the team to overcome. Most notably the very poor ground conditions required a significant amount of piling and detailed foundation work. Also, the proximity to other buildings and existing infrastructure required many changes to service routes and the relocation of drainage infrastructure across a large area.

The structure itself was relatively simple with precast concrete skirt walls, structural steel members, metal wall cladding and Bondor Insulated Panel façade. A large concrete yard allows easy serviceability while the relatively large office and trade service area complete a quality, fit for purpose building.

The end result is a quality, fit for purpose facility that suits the clients every need.
