Pet Food Processing Factory Extension
Due to growing demand, Superior Pet Foods required an extension to their existing pet food processing hall. The extension was constructed while constantly maintaining the existing processing operation. Due to the hygiene requirements of a food processing operation, the entire facility was constructed to a very standard, with locally manufactured insulated panel with a metal cladding skirt above. New trade waste channel drains were installed with specialised floor coatings applied. The new facility allows Superior Pet Foods to increase their daily production volumes, while managing the demands put on staff. Novasteel were proud to complete the project on schedule and on budget.
